My daughter and her mother is living in a 1 bedroom guest house in the city limits of Los Angeles! I understand that it is ILLEGAL to be doing and that the dwelling unit is Illegal because of a guest house can not be used as a residence? Is this true??Building and safety?? Is a 1 bedroom guest house legal to live in in the city of los angeles??
