We need a name for our new restaurant / guest house?

We have just bought a restaurant / guest house in a rural part of France.

It is situated overlooking the town square, over 200 years old and stone built.

We are looking to serve home cooked French farm cuisine using local ingredients.

The house is number 11 and so far the names that we have come up with that we like are

';Onze'; and ';Onze Sur La Place'; meaning 11 and 11 on the square respectively, do you think either of these are good names or can you come up with something better?We need a name for our new restaurant / guest house?
I like Onze Sur La Place, it just has a nice sound to it and while not descriptive of your services provides location information.We need a name for our new restaurant / guest house?
if i ever had my own place id call it ';an beal bioct'; pronounced an bale buckt which is irish for ';the hungry mouth';

Not knowing French, it is difficult to come up with actual suggestions. I like the sound of both names you suggest, however neither name indicates that it is a guesthouse or a restaurant. So perhaps something like 11th Guesthouse %26amp; Cafe... or Bistro 11 Guesthouse. You get my drift.

Best of Luck! is that Bon Sur?
HOW about ';rest-awhile';
Daves Place.
';FAIRY NUFF';
well here is a few u can see what you fancy

Le Chef

Gay paris

Le Gourmet

La Cruisine de Mare
Why Not call it Memories b/c when people come there it will be a memory for them
Frenchie or Fonze
'La Sauce HP'
Take a look at this site:-

Some believe that that no.11 is some kind of gateway or portal.
Are there other restaurants on the square? If not then why not just Sur La Place, or De La Place.? '; Maison Ferme'; (Farmhouse, if my French is correct) reflecting the style of cuisine. Another one.. Onze Place ...............(Insert the name of the square).

If you take up one of these suggestions how about a free meal next time I'm in France?!?!

Good Luck with your venture
i have this name copyrighted so if you want it u will have to makeme an offer, if i ever get round 2 opening my own restaurant i would be calling it ' Beyond Bayleaf' (belief,gettit?) i have taken a bow, thank you.
Onze sur la place is way too long. Onze is cool.. or maybe you add ';Le'; Le Onze.. or 10+1 or Dix et un
Dave's onze
