In most polaces you can have temporary boarders without a permit, but it is always good to ask the local government (city/county).
Advertise online and in magazines where B%26amp;B's advertise.
Make sure that you are prepared to keep the place spotless, and to be reqdsy to make breakfast for them.
Sometimes you can trade with a college student to do maid and cook work in exchange for a free room from time to time.
