they have lots of different types of accomodation by regions in italy including guest houses, small apartments, and bed and breakfasts.
its great for traveler's and a lot of poepl will see it.

maybe find some websites to put your info on. we stayed at a place near spoleto that we found on this website http://www.villavacations.com maybe see if they can put you on their listing. just getting yourself listed will be a good place to start and then others will be finding you.
you should have no trouble getting visitors if you list in the right places. we loved umbria and recommend it whenever we get the chance. the whole area is so beautiful! best of luck in your bed and breakfast business. perhaps we will stay with you next time we are in that part of the world. :)
