we re doing a project for school and want to know the approximate capital expenditure. and even the running cost per year if possible???Do you know how much it will cost you to set up a small guest house?
there are many variables:





- property price


- business rates


- bills - electricity, gas, water


- tv licenses





these vary on location, property value, size (ie larger = more usage of water, electricity etc)





then there's optional extras like advertising, refurbishment etc





it might be worth going to a local guest house in your area and asking them if you can ask some questions about everythingDo you know how much it will cost you to set up a small guest house?
