Check with your insurer about a pool and also check what licensing and inspections you would need for providing prepared food. There are books about starting a Bed and Breakfast. ppl want to have fun , or ppl want to relax.


they dont want some person breathing down their neck every 5 minutes asking if they need anything else.
Sure a pool and maybe a hot tub would be a good idea if you can. Of course pictures on the internet would be great. Maybe have a simple breakfast, lunch and dinner.Have towels, sheets and everything ready and maybe include a guest basket full of fruits and snacks in the kitchen, games and books etc. in the living room, shampoos, soaps, bath wash, toothpaste etc. in bathroom. Make sure that there is plenty of everything (inc. towels, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic plates etc.)
