My mum saw the programme Under the Hammer where a former care home in Plymouth was bought and turned into a guest house. My mum has decided that she would like to stay in this guest house when she comes to visit me in Plymouth, but she can't remember exactly where the property was or what it was called, although she thinks it was near to the university. Does anyone know either the name of the former care home, or the street the property is on, or the name of the guest house it became?
