what safety requirments are required?r.e.fire exits,fire doors,emergency lighting, ect.Can someone please tell me where to find out if a guest house is legal?and a list of rules that it should have
go to the reception it should have 3 documents on public display.





Its Public Liability Insurance Certificate, Its Fire Certificate *%26amp; Its Registration certificate.





if all of these are in date then its Legal.

Depends on your county/state but the same rules that apply for the regular house will apply to the guest house.
It should follow the same rules as a regular house.
