How do I get an unwanted house guest removed?

I have this guy that moved in with me and then later refused to fill out an application, I kind of let it slide, I know wrong thing to do, anyway turned out to be a bad roommate and so i asked him to leave. he refused and to top it off now he refused to pay for anything. that management says there is nothing they can do. what are my options here?How do I get an unwanted house guest removed?

You'll have to move. Do it at the last minute before the rent is due so he gets stuck with it. Consider it an educational experience.

If your name is on the lease and not his then tell him to leave if not call the police and say hes being hostile and refuses to leave your house.
