my parents are going to build a house and they say that i can do watever i want for my room, they also said that i could build a separate building like a guest house only just for me. do u think i should do it? one more detail: u dont have to pay tax on a guest house (cus its detached from the house itself) so in the long run it may actually be cheaperGuest house?
In a guest house you can play your music (without annoying anyone) a bit louder than in a spare bedroom, your friends are gonna think it is totally cool, and your mom is not gonna be getting upset stumbling all over your dirty laundry. Plus you would have a bit more freedom with decorating.Guest house?
