One of our very good family friends has been here for two days and she needs to leave. We have things to do and she's driving our entire family crazy. The problem is that she automatically includes herself in everything and is offended very easily. We tried telling her we had an important dinner tonight and she invited herself, we've tried everything!
She just won't leave.

Go do things you know she hates but pretend to be all excited about them
you might need to be tactful and tell her you have enjoyed her company when does the ticket expire
