I need to find a 3+ bedroom home with a detached 2+ bedroom guest house to rent starting in August in San Diego, but I'm having a really hard time finding any houses which have guest houses. Is it for vacation, or long term rental? If it's a long term rental, I would contact realty offices in the specific area you plan to live, (i.e. Century 21) as quite a few of the larger realty offices do property management.
