Big screen TV with game choice, comfortable chairs, folding table for playing cards on or sitting at, and maybe coffee table to put drinks on, posters, pictures.Desingning a guest house to be a perfect teen hang out spot?
You can do a lot of cool things with it at a smaller budget. If you can geta stereo or a t.v. with dvd player, if you have a game system put it in there. bean bag chairs can be fun but they can burst open, so i suggest butterfly chairs and a futon couch. if you can afford it get a small fridge that way you guys don't have to keep going in and out for drinks. Use fun colors and cool rugs. To cover walls either make your own abstract paintings or put up cool posters. If you want a cozy feeling room use a darker color for the walls.
